3/10 Irish Whiskey
2/10 Fresh double cream
5/10 Hot coffee
1 bar spoon of Demerara sugar
Stir the whiskey, hot coffee and demerara sugar together in a special Irish Coffee glass or a goblet to dissolve the sugar.
Float the cream on top by pouring over the back of a warmed bar spoon.
Do not restir.
