1/2 Fersken, frisk
10 cl Appelsin juice, frossen
Hindbær
2-3 dråber Grenadine
1 tsk Lime juice
1 spsk Vaniljesukker
3 cl Absolut Mandrin
Champagne

Hak ½ fersken og kom det i en blender.
Tilsæt frossen appelsin juice, nogle hindbær, 2-3 dråber grenadinelime juice og vaniljesukker.
Blend til det er cremet.
Skænk mandarin vodka i et longdrink glas.
Kom cremen fra blenderen i glasset og top med mousserende vin.
Server med rørepind.

Mixing instructions: Chop the peach and put into a blender. Blend together with the frozen orangejuice and a few raspberries. Add a few drops grenadine, the limejuice and the sugar syrup. Blend until it's smooth. Pour the mandarin vodka into a longdrink glass. Fill the glass to half with the mix from the blender and fill with champagne or a dry sparkling wine. Stir and serve.
