Ingredients:
1 part Butterscotch schnapps (Buttershots)
1 part hot Espresso
Mixing instructions:
First pour the chilled schnapps and than carefully layer the hot espresso on top of it. Insert a straw into the glass and place it on the connection point between the two layers and drink it from there.
Creator/contributor's comments:
This drink was introduced in Israel about a year and a 1/2 ago by the importer of the "Buttershots" caramel schnapps as a promotion measure. To me personal opinion the drink is excellent and all the people I made it for agreed.
