Dirty Martini

Ingredients:
2 oz Gin
1 tblsp Dry Vermouth
2 tblsp Olive juice (from the olive jar)
2 Olive, garnish
Mixing instructions:
Put an ice cube and a small amount of water in cocktail glass. Place in freezer for 2-3 minutes. Fill mixer with all ingredients including garnish. cover and shake hard 3 or 4 times. it is ok to bruise the gin on this one. Remove cocktail glass from freezer, empty, strain drink into cocktail glass add olive from mixer. Serve with a mysterious smile...

This is salty... I mean SALTY! You will either love it or hate it immediately. I take my martinis this way all the time. If you like the flavor but the salt is a bit to much, just decrease olive juice to taste. The first dirty martini I had was not salty enough, so I added more juice..Enjoy!
